The "X" File Advantage program provides X-TRA price reductions for customers who make small to medium-sized purchases through use of a major credit card (MC, VISA, AMEX). Customers who mention The "X" File Advantage program by name will have an "accelerator discount factor" automatically applied to their normal price quotation. We are unable to advertize what the factor will be in advance of making your purchase due to the fact that costs can vary widely, depending on product and quantity sold. It is our goal, nonetheless, to provide customers with "lowest possible pricing" for their credit card purchases.
This promotional program is offered, in part, as a result of the improved cash flow we are able to realize by affecting credit card transactions as well as a desire to respond to a growing trend, within our industry. It will not preclude us from processing non-credit card orders as we have always done. We want to remind customers and prospects alike that we at NOVATECH remain committed to giving you the very best value for your money, regardless of the procurement process you choose to use.

Program Terms and Conditions .
We accept purchase orders by telephone, via the web, e-mail or fax. An online ready "Electronic Purchase Order" form is available on our site for transmitting directly into our central server, via the Internet. The EPO form can be accessed by clicking Order Now or the "Order Now" graphic displayed on the previous page (it can also be accessed from the "Main Page" by clicking the last purple chevron icon). Optionally, we can send a "Word" doc version of the EPO form, which can alternately be used to e-mail or fax order(s) into our corporate office location.
Please ensure that you are referencing an authorized quotation source prior to calling in or electronically submitting your purchase order. This can be done by either referencing an advertized price taken off our web site or by calling in and acquiring a quotation from The Commodity Line helpdesk.
Credit card transactions are first verified to be complete (authorized by bank) prior to shipping goods. Currrently, we only accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express (personal or corporate) for payment. In each case, the CC account number, authorized signer's name, and card expiration date are required in order to complete the purchase transaction. NOVATECH reserves the right to verify as it deems necessary any and all credit information that is provided by the Buyer, prior to processing an order(s).
Please note that NSI, as a matter of policy, adds a service charge fee to the sales price total for credit card transactions. Currently these charges include; 2.5% for most Visa or Master Card purchases and 3.33% for American Express purchases. Government Visa and Master Card purchases are charged a 3.5% service fee over and above the product sales price. The above quoted service fees are subject to change without notice. Any changes to this policy will be posted on this page for future referencing.
The shipping destination for product purchases over $5,000.00 must either be identical to the C.C. holder's "Address of Record" or be previously communicated to and approved by the issuing C.C. organization. The customer agrees to absorb applicable shipping charges to customer's designated receiving dock. All goods are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified by the customer (add-on freight charges will typically apply in such cases).
Sales tax will be added to orders for products that are shipped to any California, Illinois, Massachusetts or Texas destination (certified resellers are exempted).
Product availability can vary. In most instances we can deliver within 3-10 days.
NOVATECH does not infer through either words or actions that it can protect or limit "for our eyes only" a customer's credit card number from the general public, if said credit card number is sent over any type of transmission medium. It is highly advised, therefore, that customers maintain credit card numbers on file at our corporate offices and forego the transmitting of sensitive account information electronically. All other information entered onto the Electronic Purchase Order (EPO) form should be safe to transmit across the Internet (note that future plans call for implementation of a secure e-commerce application on our server).
