The majority of NSI's support staff (Company Profile) have worked within the Telecommunications industry as network analysts, designers and or equipment purchasers. The shift in career paths has never diminished a strong desire to provide customers with the best possible service, from both a value and technological standpoint. Our personnel continue to distinguish themselves through their "consultative" approach to servicing customers' needs. Company Profile.
Prior to starting NOVATECH SOLUTIONS I spent over twenty-six years in the field of communications design and equipment sales. During this time I developed many lasting customer and manufacturing associations. My experiences as a technical end-user, manager and salesperson have helped shape much of my current thinking. Early in 1994, I became convinced that the times demanded a new kind of networking sales organization - one that addresses the changing needs of our industry and of today's Information Services professionals. Together with several knowledgeable colleagues we formed what has become the NOVATECH Team Services (NTS) Program.

NSI is a systems integration company with some new ideas. We sell, design and support network solutions - but with some unique twists. We offer dual sales channels; "Commodity" and "Solutions", each optimized to bring you the best value for your particular need.

The Commodity Line is our streamlined, low overhead sales operation. It is oriented toward high volume sales, requiring little or no technical support. These products fall into the "commodity" category. Equipment marketed through this channel includes; NIC adapters, stackable hubs, dial-up products, DSU/CSUs, cable patch panels, etc. The Commodity Line addresses a market need for products that are priced aggressively and delivered rapidly. In addition to conventional purchase order acquisition, NOVATECH. accepts telephone initiated credit card purchases, making possible the ultimate in rapid, no fuss, paperless purchases. Clients have reported that purchasing in this manner has helped improve their bottom line in two specific ways; 1) low NSI pricing, not typically offered by companies that provide systems integration services, and 2) reduced overhead expense associated with the normal procurement process. The Solutions Line offers a comprehensive line of products and integrated system solutions, which typically require a greater degree of technical support. But - that's not all. We know that unusually heavy workloads combined with limited numbers of internal personnel can make it difficult for companies to perform needed networking installations, upgrades or relocations. Our NTS Program (visit NTS link above), developed as an integral part of our Solutions Line methodology, provides customers with an array of optional support and service modules. NTS modules can be structured to facilitate the complete turnkey design and implementation of most local and wide area networking needs, including premise wiring. These services take place under the direction of NSI management, and are offered as a complement to our system sales operation. Our "technology specific" team members are a logical choice to cost-effectively implement tactical or long-term strategic plans, without having to overburden in-house resources.

We feel that this is accomplished by emphasizing long-term relationships first, and short-term profits second. In an industry that is as dynamic as ours, I feel fortunate to be in the position of continuing to work as a partner with many of the same customers that I originally contracted with in 1982. NSI is very capable when it comes to satisfying networking requirements that are viewed as on-demand or "tactical" to the corporation's day-to-day operation.

At NSI we ensure that the interaction between customer and the NTS member(s) assigned to a project is managed with professionalism and sensitivity to the customer's operating environment. A post project "Performance & Sensitivity Score Card" allows the client to tell us if contracted services have satisfactorily met the expectation. Your input provides us with important feedback, allowing us to not only monitor but also to improve upon the services that we offer.

o Dual Sales Channels - With our dual sales channels; Commodity and Solutions, we offer clients sales assistance for product types requiring "minimal" support, as well those that demand a higher level of "systems" based support. This tailored approach to marketing our principal's products provides a seamless interface to clients regardless of requirement(s).
